• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You are solely responsible for the content of your resumes and applications submitted through our platform.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of NextZenOrbit require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are provided only according to our refund policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NextZenOrbit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
