• Usage Data: Information about your job search queries and applications processed through our platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Review your application and uploaded resume before making payment available. Authorized supervisors and superadmins review these details.
• Prevent repeat applications after rejection by matching email addresses and normalized phone numbers, including across different email addresses. We do not use SMS verification.
• Provide, maintain, and improve our services after confirmed payment.
• Process your job applications automatically as requested.
• Generate tailored cover letters and interview notes.
• Communicate with you regarding service updates or account issues.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with third parties in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: We use third-party services (like Groq for generation, and Adzuna for job search) to provide our core features.
• Payment Processors: We use PayU for secure payment processing. We do not store your full credit card information.
• Employers: When you use our auto-apply feature, your resume and details are shared with the respective employers.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain account and application information to operate the service and review admissions. You can request deletion by contacting our support team. Rejected email addresses and normalized phone numbers are retained separately to prevent repeat applications, including after an account is deleted.
